In this intriguing documentary, Daniel shares stories about making “The Sound of Music” and his career, spanning over sixty years, as a song and dance man. “The Sound of Music saved 20th Century Fox. It was such a hit. And, it has been such a hit all these years. I mean, we knew we had something special. You can’t put Richard Rogers and Oscar Hammerstein in, you can’t have Bob Wise, direct, you can have Ernest Lehmann write the screenplay, you couldn’t have all these incredibly talented people and not have somewhat of a success. And the cast was pretty good too!” – Daniel Truhitte Daniel recently played Judge Karl Turner in Salty Earth Pictures’ feature film “Stand in the Gap.” Look for The Daniel Truhitte Story to be released in 2024.
